The idea is that the interior and exterior, the overall style and spirit of the complex are in the Mediterranean style. All houses are built on a single floor that prevents the mutual shading. The houses feature French-type windows and high ceilings, which creates a feeling of spaciousness. The floors throughout the house, the bathrooms and the swimming pools are all in marble. The complex will be divided on quarters, the first quarter of 22 villas is fully ready since the end of September 2014. The attached prices in the Prices & Availability section are approximate, since the type of completion matters as well.

When buying a house, the adjoining plot and pool are also transferred to the buyer's property.

In addition, the complex has a professional kitchen with cooks and waiters. In addition to the main menu can be executed special customer orders.
