Lozenets district is among the most sought after districts in Sofia
Lozenets district is one of the most preferred quarters in Sofia both for living and investments. The district is located in the heart of Sofia and features an interesting combination of old and modern architecture. The so-called "Old" or "Lower Lozenets" borders the National Palace of Culture and the Hilton Hotel and it is built-up mostly with old residential buildings of 3-4 floors and two-storey houses. The upper part of Lozenets was built with high-rise apartment blocks in the 1970s. In the district there are a lot of modern buildings, most of which are located near the South Park creating pleasant and quiet atmosphere for living.

The neighbourhood has many shops, restaurants and sports facilities. In the district is located the first mall in Sofia - City Center Sofia. The area has several parks that offer great opportunities for walking and entertainment, including the biggest park in Sofia – the South park.
Lozenets is one of the most prestigious districts in Sofia and consequently the property prices here are higher than average prices. Currently the asking prices in Lozenets are on average 950 Euro per sq.m.
