Bansko Hosts FIS Alpine Ski European Cup 2010
Bansko’s ski centre will host the FIS Alpine Ski Europa Cup two slalom races for men from 22nd to 23rd of January. Organizers are the Bulgarian Ski Federation and Bulgarian Ski Pool, with the support of the Ministry of Physical Education and Sports, ULEN and the Municipality Bansko.
The race will take place on the Tomba slope where the snow is hard and the skiers will not leave marks making it easier for those skiers starting later in the race. This race in Bansko is a test for the organizers for the Men’s World Cup race next year.
