Housing rentals for Ukrainian refugees
The recent events have once again brought to the fore the importance of housing as a basic human and social need and a fundamental right. It is our professional duty in this field to step into action and try to help.
After the start of the war in Ukraine, we have been receiving more and more inquiries from refugees about rental housing. The main demand at the moment is in the cities of Varna, Burgas and Sofia, but we expect it to spread to more settlements in Bulgaria. The required rental terms are between 1 and 3 months.
That is why we appeal to you! If you own a property in Bulgaria that you want to rent to those fleeing the war, contact us! We will assist for free. Send us information and photos directly in response to this email or fill out the form at this link.
The rental price is determined by you. We only provide the platforms to connect the ones in need with property owners and help as much as we can.
BULGARIAN PROPERTIES on its part has done the following:
- We have transformed our Ukrainian domain https://www.bulgarianproperties.com.ua to turn it into a rental platform
- We have removed all charges and commissions for rentals to Ukrainian war refugees - this includes both free assistance to home seekers and landlords of such properties - we will connect the parties absolutely free of charge, with the sole purpose to help
- We provide our communication center, which includes a local Kiev phone number, as well as contacts through all channels to serve people in need
- The entire team of BULGARIAN PROPERTIES is ready to assist in negotiations and rental agreements, preparation of contracts and other specialized services in our field.
