The recent events have once again brought to the fore the importance of housing as a basic human and social need and a fundamental right. It is our professional duty in this field to step into action and try to help.

The main demand at the moment is in the cities of Varna, Burgas and Sofia, but we expect it to spread to more settlements in Bulgaria. The required rental terms are between 1 and 3 months.
