We are happy to inform you that Bulgarian Properties - Varna Branch has now opened and moved into a brand new office in the heart of Varna, which is famous as the Sea Capital of Bulgaria. The office is situated on 3, “Ekzarh Iossif” Str. just 100 meters away from the main pedestrian street “Kniaz Boris” and the biggest Sea Garden on the Balkan Peninsula. It spreads over 3 floors of an aristocratic building from the last century, nicely renovated and tastefully decorated according to the highest standards in the office furnishing.

The new office has an amazing appearance and offers a unique atmosphere, calmness and privacy where everyone can choose the best property for themselves and feel the hospitability of the whole team.
All of our clients are invited to visit the new office, which will be open Monday to Friday 9.30h-18.30h and Saturday 10.00h-17.00h
