Bulgarian Properties start selling in Sapareva Banya & Panichiste area

Bulgarian Properties Team – Borovets Branch is happy to announce that we are extending our region towards the town of Sapareva Banya and the ski resort of Panichiste. Sapareva Banya is situated on the Northern slopes of Rila Mountain in the Southwestern part of Bulgaria, approx. 2 hours drive from the city of Sofia. It is situated 40 km from the attractive ski resort of Borovets and 10 km from the highway leading to Greece. In the very center of the town is located the hottest mineral water in all of Europe (103 C) and the only active geyser in the Balkans.

The region is rich in popular tourist destinations some of which are the Seven Rila Lakes, the Skakavitza Reserve and Waterfall.
Panichishte Mountain Resort is located in the same region, only 8 km away from the town of Sapareva Banya and offers numerous conditions for training in all varieties of sport, including football, volley ball, basketball, swimming etc. Panichishte resort offers accommodation on several hotels and hostels; several ski runs and slopes and crosscountry distance training run etc.
