The Building company of Vitosha View has been chosen

We are glad to inform you that the building company for the Vitosha View development has now been chosen!

The investor of the best-selling complex Vitosha View had meetings with the biggest building and construction companies in Bulgaria, reviewed their offers and negotiated all conditions and details. Finally, they decided the main constructor to be the company Argogroup Exact.

This building company is with over 20 years history and hundreds of completed projects including some of the most famous buildings in Sofia like Park Residence on the Vitosha boulevard, A3 on Bulgaria boulevard, Red Apple, Park Hotel Pirin in Sandanski and many other residential, retail and administrative buildings in Bulgaria.

We think that this building company will contribute to the project with the highest added value, the highest quality, a guarantee for professionalism and last but not least – completion of the project in the shortest terms.

At the moment, the plots of the Vitosha View project are fenced, cleaned and prepared for the start of the construction works. The architectural projects of buildings A and B have been submitted and the construction will start in the second part of June. The terms which have been negotiated and signed with the main constructor are as follows:

1. Five months for reaching the roof level (30 November 2016)

2. Seven months for Certificate 14 (30 January 2017)

3. Twelve months for Certificate 15 (30 June 2017)

4. 13-14 months for Certificate for Habitation also known as Certificate 16 (July – August 2017)

Because of the great interest towards the project, we have started with the preliminary sales in buildings C and D. The construction of buildings C and D is planned for July-August 2016, right after the start of A and B, and they will all be completed almost together in the Summer of 2017.
