BULGARIAN PROPERTIES Agents of September 2021

2021-09-03   |  BULGARIAN PROPERTIES

🍁 It's already September, and the new active business season begins.

For the property market in Bulgaria though there was no summer vacation. August became one of the strongest months this year and brought the title of "Agent of the Month" for many of our colleagues.

Our teams worked in a strong market throughout the country. Of particular interest were the beach properties, which give us the opportunity for our own place for recreation and longer summers by the sea. There, the purchase season is just starting, because with the end of the active summer season we will have easier access for property viewings.

🦠🌡 The tightening of the anti-epidemic measures, which is forthcoming from 7.09, will not hinder our work, and we will make sure that all meetings and viewings are held in strict compliance with all requirements.

📈 The most active and most productive months are coming, both for buying and selling a property.

In the coming months, the market will enter an even more dynamic phase, as traditionally happens at the end of each year and hopefully we will be able to end 2021 successfully.

Stay safe, be healthy and do not hesitate to get in touch with us!

👌🔑 We strongly recommend that you review the listings of our agents of the month and contact them for assistance 👇
