🌞 August was the MONTH of the MONTHS with a record-high 📈 activity on the Bulgarian real estate market and excellent results of our offices throughout the country.
And Ivan Krumov was the AGENT of the AGENTS with sales volume in the 🏗 new phase of the hit complex ⭐Park View Residence⭐, which only a few manage to make for a whole year! In just two months since the start of sales of the second phase of Park View Residence almost half of the available homes have already been 🚫 reserved.
From the winners in our monthly ranking you will see that the real estate market in Bulgaria is active throughout the country. For the first time we see such a balanced interest to the big cities and the 🏢 new construction in them, as well as to the 🌊 sea, 🏔 mountain resorts and the beautiful Bulgarian 🏘 villages.
And we are expecting this interest to rise one the travel limitations are loosened and we are able to once again meet and help our foreign buyers find their dream homes in our beautiful country.
