BULGARIAN PROPERTIES Agents of May 2023

2023-05-03   |  BULGARIAN PROPERTIES

The warm months are here, and the real estate market is in great shape! Proof of this is the winners in our monthly ranking - colleagues from offices across the country who specialize in selling various types of properties - from new constructions to rural and vacation homes, plots of land, and commercial properties. All of them managed to achieve amazing results and make April better than last year.

Once again, we share with you that the real estate market in Bulgaria this year is very active. We already have the first data confirming these observations. Our analysis of the
housing market in Sofia - one of the leading markets that sets the trends for the whole country - is out. The news is good - check out the analysis here.

Real estate prices continue to rise, but we now have a slowdown in growth. The number of new property listings is about 10% higher than the same period in 2022, which creates a better balance in the market. Sellers are more flexible in negotiations, as they understand that prices have reached their peak, and there are several factors threatening the positive development of the market. This means that the moment is good for making a deal.

Buyers are more diverse in terms of profile, and a large share of them are first-time homebuyers. They are supported by still-favourable bank financing, low unemployment, and rising incomes.

This is the current state of the market. Don't waste time and check out our attractive offers on our website!

Contact us if selling property! We have offices across the country and experienced consultants you can rely on.
