Workshop for pellets production and wood processing

The main activity of the factory is production and sale of high quality pellets of softwood. The secondary activity is sawn timber and its sale.

Description of business:
The factory started working 1 year ago, with a capacity of up to 1 ton pellets / hour. The product has a high calorific value and quality, there is no significant competition in the region. The capacity of the woodcut production is 0.6 m3 finished products / hour.

The equipment of the two productions is new and with proven manufacturing functionality.

The supply of raw materials from public and private sources is provided, as well as trained manpower for the production and customer base of distributors and end customers.

Production workshop:
The main building is a single-storey solid building with an area of 750 sq.m. - solid construction with sloping roof of metal structure covered with corrugated iron. There is a manufacturing premise, fitted with an assembly line for the production of pellets, three warehouses, a staff room, an office and a room for electricity installation. All are repaired and in good condition. There are also additional rooms for different functions.

An indoor metal warehouse with an area of 400 sq.m. - one-storey building with steel structure – a farm type, with flooring of stucco, walls with “sandwich panels”, roof with profiled galvanized steel. The building is in good operating condition.

On the terrain there are 2 small auxiliary buildings available, both monolithic.

The land is irregularly shaped, with natural slope and an area of 11 decares. It is surrounded by a fence with two gates with double metal doors. The access to the land is through an asphalt road, part of the infrastructure of the settlement. Within the terrain around the building there is concrete and alleys, allowing maneuvering of transport and specialized equipment.

Parts of the terrain are used for storaging, a covered shed of 200 sq.m. and outdoor storage area for materials.

There is option for development of additional production and the construction of other buildings on the plot, as well as partnership and sale of part of the shares of the company!
