You could reserve this apartment immediately by providing a non-refundable deposit of 3% of the price, payable by cash, by credit card or via bank transfer to the bank account of the developer. Upon paying the deposit the property will be reserved for the period of 14 days and after that the buyer will have to sign the preliminary contract and to pay the next installment according to the payment plan listed below.
