Investment land in SPA resort Dobrinishte near Bansko

The property is located 2.5 km northeast of the center of Dobrinishte. It borders the Dobrinishte river to the south, to the north - the road (Blagoevgrad-Gotse Delchev), to the east - a meadow and to the west - an old Roman bath.

In the region of Dobrinishte were found 17 mineral springs, which are slightly mineralized. The flow rate of all springs is about 20 l / sec. Upon testing the composition of one of them, content of silver ions was dicovered.

Dobrinishte is the final station of the railway line Septemvri-Dobrinishte, 110 km from the border checkpoint Kulata, 135 km to the Greek port of Kavala, 170 km to Sofia.
