A rural property in a well developped village

It is an old city, situated at the foot of the Sredna Gora Mountain. The Stara Zagora Regional Economic Development Agency says Stara Zagora is a "city of straight streets, lime trees and poets". It is located in South Bulgaria, in the Upper Thracian Valley, at the crossroads of the routes from Plovdiv to the Black Sea and from the Danube to the Aegean. One of the most famous winter ski resorts - Pamporovo is 109 km away from the village.

The property in short consists of a house with total living area of 110 sq. m., a parking lot in front of the house, a shelter and a garden vast 1740 sq. m.
