Located in Northern Bulgaria, the village of Hlevene is located in Lovech Municipality, and it is only 7 km away from the town of Lovech. In the village is placed the natural fenomen "Singing well", namely a music karst spring which is a sole and unique one in the country. This area is connected with different myths and legends from the dark years of the Ottoman rule in the area. The village has several food shops and a cafй, and its traditional festival is celebrated on November 15th.
