We are launching for rent this 2-storey restaurant and cocktail-bar located in Golden Sands- a modern seaside resort with 50 years of history and traditions! A real gem on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast, the resort combines a unique natural park, warm and clean sea waters, tiny and gold sand. The restaurant and the cocktail-bar are situated on an area of 800 sq.m
The restaurant occupies the ground floor with a size of 500 sq.m and seat capacity for 400 people. There is also a possibility to place more tables outside. The cocktail-bar is on the second level with an area of 300 sq.m and seat capacity for 250 people. There is an option to rent out the two places separately since there are two completely independent entrance door allowing the access to the restaurant and the cocktail-bar.

Reservation procedure
You could reserve this restauarnt and cocktail bar immediately by paying 10% of the renting price. After that within 10 day you should sign the Renting Contract.

Renting price
The renting price for the entire season- Summer 2010 is 82 000 Euro. This price does not include the utility expenses such as electricity, water, cable TV, Internet and property management.
