The vacation complex is designed for year-round use. It is unique as a concept and is one of its kind along the Bulgarian seaside. The project is maximally adapted to the local landscape. The complex has a unique park with unmatchable tropical and subtropical vegetation spreading on an area of about 1.2 hectares and with evident displacement, making it even more bizarre. The area is fully grassed and like a thick green carpet stretches up to the horizon, scattered with numerous sculptures by renowned Bulgarian artists, carefully selected and aesthetically exhibited throughout the complex, restoring an unforgettable atmosphere. Curved paths with a total length of 500 meters lead to the most secluded places on the picturesque rocky coast towards the village. The Anel complex has a restaurant on two floors located next to the beach and offers a stunning view. It has two outdoor terraces located on different levels and decorated with stone sculptures in the form of flowerpots, which also add to the attractive outlook of the complex.
The development has a private conference room accommodating 100 people. It has a toilet, a buffet and the necessary technical equipment.
A key advantage of the complex is its own golf tennis court being used by tourists. The covering of the court is the so-called multifunctional (rubber), highest quality. The tennis court can be used also to play volleyball, football, etc. It is surrounded by evergreen vegetation on all sides.
The development offers a fitness and a SPA centre. The fitness gym is equipped with all kinds of state-of-the-art appliances. The hall has an autonomous air-conditioning and ventilation system. The modern SPA centre offers all the necessary amenities such as saunas, a steam room, a cold room, a swimming pool, massages, mud treatment, beauty procedures, etc.
The complex has three outdoor pools. One of them is located next to the restaurant, as it has a pool bar and offers many unique attractions such as a three-level waterfall - a work of art, made by Bulgarian sculptors, a mini waterfall made of a piece of granite, a Jacuzzi with whirlpool jets and separate nozzles at different levels, an air geyser, a hydro-massage bed filled with seawater. Next to it there is a colorful children's swimming pool, circular and full of attractions, like a waterfall and jet nozzles.
Right next to the sea there is a unique natural rocky pool, with forced circulation of sea water. The adjacent rocks mould an incredible beach line. In short, this place is a paradise. There are lights embedded in the pool, making it suitable for night bathing.
The complex has several types of beaches for sunbathing. Seemingly lost between the Christ Cape and the rocky beach there is a picturesque beach with natural evergreen ryegrass. The bay is unique with its beautiful natural views. Within the complex, near the beach, there is a berth to anchor yachts and jets.
The complex has guarded parking spaces for all houses. Entering and leaving the complex is controlled with CCTV cameras and there is 24/7 security.
APARTMENT SPECIFICATIONS:
The apartments in the complex are sold fully finished:

The developer services the complex and all single units. Full time staff is working in the complex taking care of the management, maintenance and complete operation of Anel. The annual maintenance charge (service fee) is 10 Euros per sq m and it covers:
• Maintenance of communal areas and gardens
• Maintenance, cleaning and electricity bills for the common parts (corridors of the block)
• 24-hour security
• Standard repairs occurring from the normal use
RESERVATION OF APARTMENTS
Any apartment or house in Anel can be reserved immediately with a non-refundable deposit of 2000 Euros paid in cash, by credit card or bank transfer. The reservation deposit will hold the property for 20 days when the preliminary contract will be signed. BULGARIAN PROPERTIES does not charge an agency commission for Anel.
PAYMENT OPTION:
• 10% of the price upon signing a preliminary contract
• 90% of the price when certifying the deal agreement before a notary public
There is an opportunity for individual payment options.
The investor offers two options for buying apartments in the compex: fully furnished and unfurnished. The furnished property is sold luxury furnished with everything need to move in immediately. Anel is fully completed and it has Act 16 (Certificate of Habitation).
It is offered a possibility to buy the whole house, which consists of 4 apartments, or a separate apartment in it. The prices of the apartments and house quoted excluding VAT.
