Patented roof system with bitum roof tiles "TEGOLA" heath and vapour insulated.
• Façade- Heat insulation - EPS 10cm, fiberglass net and mineral coating in combination with natural stone and wood. The facade is made of natural stone.

AQUATEC specializes in the design and construction of Spa Centres. Over the years, they have built more than 2000 swimming pools and in 2003 AQUATEC and Express Garantion were the sole designers and constructors of the first Aqua Parks in Bulgaria: Aquapolis in Golden Sands and Action Aquapark in Sunny Beach.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
The shopping area in Topola Skies offers food, clothes, sports accessories and a pharmacy, as well as catering facilities: a restaurant, a cafe and a tavern. A Sports centre for children and adults with a tennis courts, a mini football pitch, cycle paths and pool tables. PROPERTY MANAGEMENT OF THE COMPLEX
The property management of the complex includes 24/7 365 days live security of the complex:
• Management if the common areas of the buildings
• Management of the park areas
• Management of the swimming pool.
• Management of the Spa & Wellness center
• Support and provision of internet access.
• Transport to the beach during the summer season.
• Payment of all expences connected with the common parts - water, electricity and others /including the amounts due to the suppliers/

RESERVATION AND AGENCY COMMISSION
You can reserve an apartmertment in this complex immediately by providing a non-refundable deposit of 2000 Euro payable by cash, credit card (VISA, MasterCard) or bank transfer. Upon paying the deposit the apartment will be reserved for the period of 14 days and after that the buyer will have to sign the preliminary contract and pay the next installments according to the chosen Payment Plan:

With this option the price of the apartment increases by 5%
Bulgarian Properties charges 3% agency commission (but not less than 1 000 Euro), payable at signing of the Preliminary contract. Additional costs for notary fees and stamp duty are approximately 6% on top of the purchase price.
