This is a single-storey house, located in well developed and big village, which is situated only 25 km away from the famous Bulgarian beach resort “Albena”. The coastal town Varna is only 35 km away. The village has a few local shops, very nice restaurant, pubs, petrol stations etc. The house is located in the end of the village in a quiet and peaceful part.
