We are offering for sale a one-family villa in a holiday development on the sea shore, located between two popular sea resorts Lozenets and Tsarevo. This is one of the most attractive parts of our southern Black Sea coast and preferred by many tourists from Bulgaria and abroad for their summer vacations.
The villa we are offering for sale has a total floor area of 252 sq.m., together with the adjoining additional building (sauna) of 37 sq.m. The Oasis camp site is 300m to the north of the development. The closest town is Lozenec in the municipality of Tsarevo is approximately 2km (1.2 miles) to the north. The city of Bourgas and the international airport are 65km to the north. The town of Tsarevo is 4km to the south of the development.
The total area of the whole complex with all buildings in it is 1.7 hectares. It consists of detached houses, a hotel, and two-storey apartment buildings consisting of 4 apartments each. Each apartment comes with a small garden (100-200sqm). The floor space of the apartments varies between 102 and 133 sq.m.
There is a multifunctional building as a part of the complex which houses a water sports center, which offers diving courses using the PADI program (internationally recognized diving qualification). After completion of the pier (for small boats and yachts only), the center will also organize and develop other types of water sports.
