19.08.2009 New attractions at University Botanical Garden in Balchik

The University Botanical Garden in Balchik on the Northern Black Sea coast, offers new attractions to nature lovers.

The collection of decorative vegetables is curious to see for the incredible colors and shapes of the plants. The geography of the new sector with floating plants reaches as far as the Himalayas. These include the Sweetflag, the Dwarf Papyrus and the Water Hyacinth.

The Botanical Garden in Balchik opened doors in 1955. It has valuable tree species, 3000 roses and a collection of 1500 cacti and succulents. In terms of prickly plants, it vies with the Monaco Garden.

The average price of the rural houses BULGARIAN PROPERTIES sold since the beginning of 2012 is 15,500 Euro, while for the same period last year it was 18,900 Euro. The price remains similar to that in the last quarter of 2011 - 15,600 Euro.
