19.11.2008 Open-Air Mall to be Built in Bourgas
Telegraph, 12.11.08, Kaloyana Zhivkova
The project will be realized on an area of 60 decares next to the highway to Sofia. The mall will have 30,000 sq.m. of commercial areas, over 8,000 sq.m. of pedestrian zones and 26,000 sq.m. of a single-level parking zone. Special shelters will protect the open areas when the weather is bad. The investor expects over 50 international chains of stores to be presented in the mall.

BULGARIAN PROPERTIES
The Bulgarian government has decided to give the airport in Balchik to the Ministry of Transport, Information Technologies and Communications. The government intends to turn it into a civil airport.

A new airline has entered the Bulgarian market. The Bulgarian seaside city of Bourgas welcomed the first flight of German Sky Airlines a few days ago. The airline company will have regular flights every Friday until the end of the tourist season.
