Bulgarian Properties Ltd. was mentioned in a Reuter’s article with the name “Britons fuel Bulgarian property boom”, written by the correspondent Michael Winfrey. He met with the Braziers Family and several other British families in the village of Granitovo, Elhovo region to find out why did they decide to settle in Bulgaria and what attracted them most to this country.

The article gives references to the web site www.BulgarianProperties.com and quotes Mihail Chobanov as saying "What's happening here is what happened in Spain around 20 years ago. You can still buy beach front property for 20 euros a square metre on the Black Sea, but prices now also range up into the millions."
