The latest update of property tax valuation levels in Bulgaria was made at the end of 2005, when they were raised by up to 50%.
The new increase will not only boost, but even exceed the "Building" tax, which is estimated on the base of valuation taxes.

BULGARIAN PROPERTIES
The Bulgarian government has decided to give the airport in Balchik to the Ministry of Transport, Information Technologies and Communications. The government intends to turn it into a civil airport.

About 95% of real estate deals on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast in the second quarter of the year are with Russians according to the data of the real estate agency BULGARIAN PROPERTIES.
