The house on the pictures is situated in a beautiful village only 28 km. from the beautiful town of Harmanli. The village lies near a river and not far from there is a dam – just the perfect place for fishing and picnics in fresh air. The property is located in the outskirts of the village. It is a two-storey building of 85 sq. m
First floor: three rooms connected by a corridor.
Second floor: external staircase leads to the second floor where the disposition is the same as on the first floor.
The necessary facilities for normal living are available here: electricity, running water outside and inside the house. There is no telephone landline available but it is easy to be installed upon a request. The house is in good condition and needs only painting of the walls and slight refreshment and modernizing.
There is no bathroom and the toilet is outside. With the help of our builders you can convert one of the rooms into a bathroom/ toilet.
Note that the garden which comes with the house has 3065sq.m. It is arranged with fruit trees, flowers and greenery. There is privet well in the garden, as well as some outbuildings. There is enough space to build a swimming pool.
The place is good not only for vacations, but and for permanent stay. There are stores, cafes, a restaurant and a health service in the village. Its inhabitants are friendly and willing to help people. If you are a fan of sightseeing, you will not be disappointed! There are many places of interest in the area!
