Renovated house in the mountains

We offer a lovely renovated two-storey house in Strandja Nature Park, nestled in the mountains, at 220 m altitude. The property is located in the village of Mladezhko. The village is located 7 km west of the main road Burgas-Malko Tarnovo, 50 km from Bourgas and 32 km from Malko Tarnovo.

The house is fully renovated with a new external fiber insulation, new roof and new gutters. Windows are replaced with new PVC ones, all interior walls and ceilings are set with plasterboard, plastered and painted. The first floor is set with external insulation with gneiss. The house is located on the highest place in the village and bordered by woods.
