Big house - hunting lodge

We are pleased to present a lovely house in Renaissance style in Strandja Nature Park, nestled in the mountains, at 220 m altitude. The property is located in the center of the village of Mladezhko. The village is located 7 km west of the main road Burgas-Malko Tarnovo, 50 km from Bourgas and 32 km from Malko Tarnovo.

The house is in a Renaissance style, with wood paneling on the outside and a typical for this period decorating elements. The living area is divided among four bedrooms, two bathrooms and three toilets, three kitchens, a hunting room with a fireplace, two large halls and small storage room. The house has two porches, one closed, and an open view of the forest.
In the yard there is a concrete pad with built fences and 4 parking spaces. The yard is surrounded by a brick fence with decorative windows on it, a large portal of solid wood and wood door, all in Renaissance-style house as well.
The house can be used as a hunting lodge or guest house.

Mladezhko Village is located in one of the most picturesque areas of Strandja, near the springs of the River Mladezhko. In the area of the village there are caves called "Leyarnitsite." 1 km west of the village is the Big fortress with remains of the largest early Byzantine fortress in Strandja. The place is surrounded by picturesque canyons and rivers Bliznashka and Evrenozovska.

In the clear waters of the River Mladezhko you can catch trout. Numerous caves in the springs of the river are inhabited by numerous bat colonies, with many valuable species. Among the rocks west of the village is nesting Egyptian Vulture - increasingly rare in the country and Europe.

Near the village are built pools in which the cold water of the karst spring is used by fans of non-traditional medicine to treat diseases of the nervous system and cardiovascular diseases.
