In this area popular with its natural beauties we would like to offer you a nice 2-storey house with pretty garden and immense farm building. The village is located at a distance of 30 km from one of the most beautiful Bulgarian towns Veliko Tarnovo. The house is situated at the end of the village and there are no neighbours close by and it is easily accessible through an asphalt road during the whole year.

There is a working draw-well with a pump for independent irrigation. The farm building is about 100 sq.m. and offers plenty of possibilities for additional residential space. The house consists of a big cellar which occupies the ground floor and is ideal to make a tavern for your friends and family; three rooms, one of which smaller and two good sized bedrooms and a big loft space with a terrace offering nice view to the hills. Further accommodation is provided in the semi-detached building where another room and kitchen are to be found.

Electricity is availаble in the property but there is running water just in the kitchen. It will not be a problem at all to get it connected to the main house as well.
