This rural property is situated in a village which is quite famous among foreign buyers and there are families that live there all year round. It is about 30 km away from Svishtov and the Danube river, the distance to Pleven is about 50 km. This is a peaceful and quiet area without any heavy industry.

In the village there are several shops and cafes, a church and a school (which is not working at the moment), a doctor and public transport to the settlements in the region. Only 4-5 km away from the property there is a well supplied shop for building materials. The population of the village is about 700 inhabitants.

The house is structurally sound and doesn’t require major refurbishment. However, as it hasn’t been lived in for the last 2-3 years, some internal modernization would be appropriate.
