This lovely hotel is located in the centre of Kiten village on the Black Sea coast, approximately 60 km south of Burgas and only 5-10 minutes walk to the beach. Finished in year 1999, the hotel was built according to the modern standards and offers living area of 800 sq.m. It spreads on 4 floors and briefly comprises of:
Basement - a gym room, a Jacuzzi and a room for a massages.
Entrance floor - a reception and a dining room (with possibility to eat outside under the shadow of the vine trellises).
There is a fireplace outside for barbecues.

The hotel has 4 double room suites, 5 room for 2 + 2 people (one bedroom + one living room with a sofa which can be made to a bed) and 2 triple rooms.
All rooms are fitted with private shower and WC, satellite television, mini-bar, a balcony (the apartments have two).
On the top of the hotel there is a terrace with a pleasant view of both the sea and most of the surrounding village.
There is an additional separate building with two rooms.
The hotel is close to many local restaurants and snack-bars. Medical services, hair-dresser/beautician studio are available.

Kiten is a nice peaceful village, founded at the beginning of the last century. Today, it is a holiday resort and the best time to visit is the period of mid-April to mid-October. The village has 1000 permanent residents, but at the peak of the tourist season Kiten houses around 65.000 people.
The lovely beaches are safe for children. Scuba-diving and underwater fishing are available locally. Short or longer boat-trips on the Black Sea can be arranged upon receipt.
