New-Builds Most Demanded in Sofia

New-build apartments boast the briskest demand for housing in the capital, where most of the offers for apartments for sale are concentrated, shows data of realtors.

Prices of the new-builds are soaring, experts attributing it to a constant improvement in their quality.

More interest in agricultural land in Vidin region

The deals with properties in Vidin (Northwestern Bulgaria) are increasing, as for some of the quarters this year the increase is up to 80%. This is what Polina Stoykova – operations manager in a real estate agency – told Radio Focus -Vidin.
