Annual maintenance fee is charged for apartments in Midia Grand Resort - Aheloy Palace complex, at the amount of 9 Euro / sq.m (VAT excluded) and covers: 24-hour security service, payment of general utility bills, maintenance and cleaning of the common parts, maintenance of the elevators, maintenance of common areas – grass zones, alleys, pool, environmental and sanitary services, etc.

Payment
Apart from the standard payment scheme, the apartment can be purchased with the option of deferred payment. The deferred scheme is for a period of two years and the initial payment should be 40%.

There is also a discount for paying the entire amount of the apartment within 45 days of the reservation date.

Aheloy
