There are three available apartments. Two of them are with two bedrooms and the one left is large apartment. The two-bedroom apartments are located on the first floor. The large apartment is located on the third floor, there is an atrium (second level). All apartments are finished to turn key-flooring – parquet flooring, paint – latex, baths - Italian faience and terracotta, German PVC joinery, interior doors. The common areas are luxurious. Each apartment has an adjoining garage. The yard has an area of 800 sq.m. There is a pool with dimensions 10X 5 and a depth of 180 cm.

Reservation of the property
You could reserve this property immediately by providing a non-refundable deposit of 3000 Euro, payable by credit card (VISA, MasterCard) or bank transfer. Upon paying the deposit the property will be reserved for the period of 14 days and after that the buyer will have to sign the Preliminary Contract.

BULGARIAN PROPERTIES charges 3% agency commission (but not less than 500 Euro), payable at signing of the Preliminary Contract. Additional costs for notary fees and stamp duty are approximately 6% on top of the purchase price.
