Forest View is a lovely holiday apartment complex located in one of the most picturesque places in Bulgaria – the village of Govedartsi at the foot of the Rila Mountains, 1268 meters above the sea level. The village is set just fifteen minutes drive from two popular ski resorts of Borovets and Malyovitsa and only 1 hour from Sofia. With its unique location, the complex successfully combines great opportunities for skiing and tourism with peace and quiet of the Rila mountains. Here you will enjoy magnificent views to the three mountains and beautiful scenery along the Cherni Iskar river.
Forest View offers studios, one-bedroom and two bedroom apartments. All the apartments are sold fully finished and ready to be furnished.
MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF THE COMPLEX
The developer is servicing the complex and all single units. Full time stuff are working on the complex and take care of the management, maintenance and complete operation of Forest View complex. The annual maintenance charge (service fee) is 10 Euros and covers:
• Maintenance of communal areas and gardens
• Maintenance, cleaning and electricity bills for the common parts (corridors of the block)
• 24-hour security
• Standard repairs occuring from the normal use
LETTING AND RENTAL INCOME
A reputable local property management company organise the letting services and advertise the apartment among skiers and tourists. Full service and local assistance is provided to the tourists, as well as to the owners, such as key holding, payment of bills, property cleaning and washing of linen, change of consumables, rental collection, constant communication with the property owner by email or telephone, etc. If you are interested in generating rental income from your property, please inform our agent in advance, so that we can connect you with the recommended property management company.
FURNISHINGThe apartments are offered for sale finished but unfurnished - kitchen appliances and cabinets are not included too.
Buyers will be offered complete furniture packs (inclusive fitted kitchens and everything else required for letting/use of the apartment) by our partners Furnish BG which will cost approx. 5500 Euros for a one-bedroom apartment. Clients will be offered a few options for furnishing, although we recommend buyers who are planning to rent out their apartments to match the approved furniture design of the building and order the standard furnishing pack which is most reasonably priced and designed for letting purposes. The quoted prices include absolutely everything needed for the apartment to be used for living immediately.

Besides the proximity to Borovets and Malyovitsa and regular public transport to the resorts, Govedartsi has its own ski run. There is 3 km ski run with a lift close to the village. At the distance of 25 km from the village is situated mineral spa resort Belchin Bani, 30 km - the Iskar Dam. The wonderful surrounding nature and tranquil atmosphere make the place ideal for permanent living as well as for spending of holidays throughout the year.
RESERVATION
Any apartment can be reserved immediately for a deposit of 1000 Euros.
PAYMENT OPTIONS:
Cash payment: Price must be paid within 45 days after reservation. The ownership of the property will be transferred to the buyer immediately.
