Even if you decide to walk the Gondola lift is within easy reach it is only 5 minutes away. After about a 20-minute slow walk along the same street - Pirin, you will reach the centre of Bansko. An organized resort area around the complex offers a variety of leisure facilities, shopping and recreational facilities, so in this area you will not get bored. Located on the mountain slope, Green life ski & spa resort is set higher than the rest of the resort, offering great views towards the entire town of Bansko and to the beautiful peaks of Pirin Mountain.
Green life ski & spa resort Bansko was built by a reputable construction company with extensive experience in the construction and management of such complexes. The development offers fully finished and furnished apartments distributed in four separate residential buildings. Each apartment has a ski wardrobe. The apartments with one or two bedrooms have a built-in fireplace, which creates cosiness and mood in the living room. All apartments in the complex are sold completely finished and fully furnished with high-quality materials and stylish furniture. Buyers can choose a furnishing package, which is delivered and installed within 45 days after the purchase.
The level of finishing of the units is as follows:

The annual maintenance charge (service fee) is fixed and depends on the type of the apartment:
Studio - 400 Euro
One-bedroom apartment - 600 Euro
Two-bedroom apartment - 800 Euro
The annual fee for maintenance of the common parts includes:
Maintenance of communal areas, gardens and swimming pool
Maintenance, cleaning and electricity bills for the common parts (corridors of the block)
