The developing company behind the ambitious project Allure is a solid building company with excellent reputation and many completed projects in Sofia. The architectural project of the complex is done by a reputable designer’s bureau.

Allure Complex has various sections that vary from five to eleven storeys. The building has S-shaped form where the apartments come with different layouts and disposition depending on their location.
The heating/cooling in the complex will be organized by individual air conditioners. The available facilities include cable television and internet access.
