Forest Glade is a complex for sophisticated holidaying & alluring entertainment. It is a charming alpine holiday complex on the ground of Pamporovo resort, approx. an hour away from Plovdiv Airport. Set on a beautiful elevated plot, Forest Glade is ideally situated with spectacular mountain views. The complex is located two kilometers from the main ski lifts and runs, which form a very pretty skiing area with most of the slopes winding through the pine forests down to the heart of the resort.

Designed and presented for the security minded purchasers in a save-buying environment, Forest Glade features 106 accommodation units, the total area of which ranges from 22 sq.m to 102 sq.m. There is a choice of studios and one-bedroom apartments, each with shower room facilities and some with large terraces.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT AND COMPLEX MAINTENANCE
The developer is servicing the complex and all single units. Full-time stuff is working on the complex and is taking care of the management, maintenance and complete operation of Forest Glade. The annual maintenance charge (service fee) is 12 Euro per sq.m. and it covers:
• Maintenance of communal areas, gardens and swimming pool
• Maintenance, cleaning and electricity bills for the common parts (corridors of the block)
• 24-hour security and parking
• Standard repairs occuring from the normal use
• 24 hour reception desk
• Heating of communal areas
• Day to day cleaning of communal area
• Materials and staff for the community toilets, swimming pool, Gymnasium & ski drying room

FURNISHING
The apartments are offered for sale unfurnished - kitchen appliances and cabinets are not included too.
Buyers will be offered complete furniture packs (inclusive fitted kitchens and everything else required for letting/use of the apartment) by our partners Furnish BG which will cost approx. 5500 Euros for a one-bedroom apartment. Clients will be offered few options for furnishing, although we recommend buyers who are planning to rent out their apartments to match the approved furniture design of the building and order the standard furnishing pack which is most reasonably priced and designed for letting purposes. The quoted prices include absolutely everything needed for the apartment to be used for living immediately.

Reservations
Any apartment at Forest Glade Complex can be immediately reserved with a holding fee of 2000 Euros, deposit is non-refundable. The buyer is expected to sign a preliminary contract with the development company as a proof of the payment. The first installment minus the deposit is to be paid within approx. 20-28 days after reservation.

Payment Plan
- 2000 Euro deposit to the bank account of the builder (non-refundable)
- 50 % /first installment/ minus the deposit is paid at signing the Preliminary Contract (within 20-28 days after deposit)
- 50 % /second installment/ is paid on transferring the ownership of the property

Prices and Availability
(Constantly updated. Prices are final, inclusive of VAT. The full price paid is written in the title deeds. The additional costs, notary fees, local tax and stamp duty will be approximately 5 % on top of the purchase price. There are no other hidden costs.)
