This agricultural land is situated near Nikopol and 30 km away from the historical town of Pleven. The region is characterized by its fertile soil, clean air and beautiful nature. The property covers an area of 44 508 sq. m. The property is excellent investment situated just 30 km. from the ferry-boat Nikopol Turno-Magureli. The land is IV category - black earth, fertile soil, suitable for planting some crops like wheat, sunflower, oats or barley.
The village itself is small but well-developed and has the most necessary facilities: some shops, a caf and regular bus transport. It is very beautiful place. Being set along the shore of the river Osam it offers excellent conditions for hunting and fishing. Furthermore the Danube River runs only 20 km. away.
Near the village there are several ancient Roman settlements and every year there are held folklore festivals. The area is rich in archeological finds.
