The flat is located on the first floor, facing east / north. The rooms are completed with painted walls, floors - of laminate and tiles in the hallway and kitchen, as well as PVC window frames. The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, sink, cupboards, oven, fridge, extractor hood, table with four chairs, microwave, toaster, electric kettle; the living room - with coffee table, sofa, two armchairs, TV set and DVD; the bedrooms - with double bed, bedside tables, mirror, dressing table, in one of them there is a wardrobe. The bathroom is completed with toilet, shower box and washbasin with mirror. The heating is by electric convectors. The property is equipped with telephone and cable TV, and the building - with porter and lift. The management fee is €10/sq.m. per year.
