A few words about Vania in your Karlovo office.

We first met Vania about a year ago. She has always been very aware that we do not have time to spend looking at properties that are not really on the market or vendors who want to increase their price when they find out we are from abroad. She has found us many properties which fit our particular criteria and assisted us every step of the way in their purchase. We have bought 2 houses in the Karlovo region through your company.

However, her help does not end there. She has brought us our keys at the weekend and always been able to book us in at any hotel we have asked for along with many other helpful activities. We know that most of this is done in her own time, out of office hours. Most of all she has been our friend.

We know from other UK nationals that we are not alone in receiving her help. To us customer service is very important and so often lacking in Bulgaria, but not from Vania. We would have no hesitation in recommending or engaging her services again.
