We have just bought a Plot of regulated Land in Eleshnitsa village very close to the Capital Sofia and we are in the process of concluding the acquisition of the title deeds of another Plot of land in the area of Plovdiv.Both deals have been concluded through Bulgarian Properties in a very professional manner.I have to express my special thanks to Sergey Pelofski in Sofia headquarters -office for his kind assistance and his up to date information regarding the steps taken by Bulgarian Properties for the formation of the company as well as for the signing of the title deeds.Everything was done in an unhindered and proper way.A big thanks also to Dimitar Ivanov for showing us the plots of land in Sofia on a Sunday, which is not a working day.
