I have been really impressed by everyone I have met at Bulgarian Properties. From the moment I arrived, everything was done to make finding, buying and restoring a house an easy and rewarding experience - and I am delighted with the result. Legal and banking issues were sorted out in record time - and all done with kindness as well as professionalism and efficiency. I would also like to mention an impressive level of English on the part of several of the staff - real ambassadors for their country. I cannot recommend Bulgarian Properties too highly - and indeed have done so to a number of people. Buying through them has been a 100% positive experience - certainly not the case in England, Italy and Spain, countries I know well and where I speak the languages.
