As a pessemistic sceptic from Liverpool, I was expecting spanners in the works from the outset. From the initial meeting with Mihail Chobanov and team I was overwhelmed by the shear courtesy/respect and their obvious knowledge which they freely imparted to me. This put any misgivings that I may have had previousley to rest.I would highly recommend anyone wishing to purchase properties in Bulgaria to seek out Mihail and team before making any commitment. They are true proffesionals who are only to obliging to make this undertaking run as smooth as possable, also thanks to Nick and Debs who without them this would not be possible.
