I dealt with your Borovets office, and the young lady (Bilyana Bodanova) who showed my friend and I around, and her colleague (Dimiter), could not have been more friendly and helpful. In fact, it was an excellent day out (with fun and good humour!!) and the business side was handled in an extremely professional way by both of them.
The follow up was also excellent as they brought the construction side of your company to meet me at the hotel the following day to discuss costs for the necessary renovation/refurbishment work . Again, very informative and professionally done.
