I went to bulgaria in sept 2004 and was picked up at my hotel in elenite taken to bulgarian properties office in elhovo as I had arranged with Polina.I met elvira there and was then taken to book into a hotel for that night and then started to veuw houses but elvira was taken ill at midday but she arranged for Re neta to take over, I found a house at the end of the day and by 2-30pm the next day I was back in my hotel in elenite with all the legalaties buying my house,opening a company and opening a bank account all done.the speed and professionalism was so amazing I would ecourage anyone who want's to buy property in bulgaria to deal with bulgarian properties,they are so friendly and helpful and the bulgarian people make you so welcome.I was back over in may and stayed in my house for 4 day's,now I am hoping to retire there in august and meet up with all the expats in the popovo area thanks to the help from polina,elvira,desi,dido,cristeen and all the staff at elhovo,again Blagoda'rya, looking forward to meeting you all again.
