We just bought our nice vacation home with the help of Bulgarian Properties.

On site Petar Petalarev patiently showed us the properties and took care of practical matters for us.

During the whole process of finding a house, viewing houses and eventually the buying of a house, Sergey was always there to answer all our questions, explain, understand our needs and reassure us. Not only did he undertake many practical actions, we also felt we could really trust him.
With incredible speed he took us through all kinds of paperwork, which took up half of his workday, so we could safely leave everything in his hands and return to Holland in time.
