I used Bulgarian Properties and their Sofia agent Sergey Petkovski to sell a plot of land that I had been unable to sell for a number of years, trying through different agencies, locally and online myself. From the start Sergey expressed confidence that they could find a buyer, which they did in a relatively short few months.

Sergey worked with me throughout the process, even through some unexpected challenges related to my company and Bulgarian banking, giving me very personalized service to get the deal concluded efficiently and to the satisfaction of both myself and the buyer.

At numerous times as minor complications arose, Sergey made himself immediately available to help me out. Throughout everything he was professional, courteous and helpful.

Throughout our email and personal exchanges, he was always very responsive, typically responding on the same day.

Although Bulgarian Properties minimum commission may be higher than some other agencies (my plot of land was fairly low in value, so I had to pay the minimum) there were no unexpected extras, and in the end I was very pleased with the personal service that I received, and that Sergey was able to find a buyer where others had failed for years.

While I never used them as a buyer, visiting their office and browsing their materials, they appear to have good offers, and are very willing to work with and understand their clients.
