We searched for a luxury apartment in Varna - first via internet, then via a student-organisation. We ended both ways in communication with one person - Silia Gocheva.

She reacted immediately after our first request to reserve one apartment, which seemed to us the best choice. But as we did not want to pay cash in advance the reservation could not take place.

About two weeks later, we arrived at the airport and Silvia, a good looking woman from Bulgaria, took us and our large and heavy luggage from the airport to her office. We discussed our prefernces. Silvia arranged 4 visits. After that, we rented the apartment, she preferred personly at the beginning of our discussion. Fortunately she transformed our comments on pricing into an heavy discount on the monthly rent-rate. Then she showed us a little bit of the Golden Sands und brought us to our hotel, which was in a distance of approximately 60 km from Varna !!

Unfortunately my money-bag with all my cash, passport, two credit cards was lost after hotel check in. We phoned Silvia. She replied, we had lost it in her car. She immedeately came back to our hotel and gave us the money-bag. Nothing was lost !

The next day we arranged documentation of the rent contract. She helped us, to change a few clauses and drove us again to the apartment to sign and get the keys. In the morning, she introduced us to an english speaking taxi driver, who drove us from the hotel to Bulgarian Properties office with an discount of 45% on the distance of 60 km !

So, she did a lot for us. She did it in an extremly good manner. She was at any time charming and competent. We hope, she will work for Bulgarien Properties for many years in the future, so that we can hire her once again, if appropriate.
