Our dream has come true. With a help of BULGARIAN PROPERTIES’ managers we have bought a wonderful one-bedroom apartment in Laithaus Golf Resort and Spa. I should say that this summer we came to Bulgaria to see and know the country and we left with a thought that we always wanted to live here and would definitely live here. The entire purchase procedure has been thought out to the last detail. My husband, who had come for the deal, was met in Varna and brought to the hotel where he lived during the whole period of the transaction and the signing of the maintenance contract with the management of complex Laithaus Golf Resort and Spa. We believe that we bought a very good property at a great price.
