A few lines of praise for the staff at your Vidin branch: Nik, Verginiya and Stefan. I'm in the process of buying my piece of paradise in Vidin and was daunted at first by the administration for an Englishman to buy here. I was instantly put at ease by the warmth and hospitality of these people who talked me through the whole process step by step, explaining every detail perfectly. Verginiya's translation was excellent, Nik made all the necessary arrangements including transport, hotels etc. Stefan drove me everywhere; showed me the property and even drove me to the builders merchants (I am renovating the place myself) as well as showing me where I can buy fixtures and fittings and also where I can buy a car. Hats off to them, they are a credit to you. PS I love Bulgaria!
